We think the payment industry should give something back.
Every business that accepts cards already pays to do it. For decades, that money has flowed in one direction, into an industry that rarely gives anything back to the communities generating the volume.
Pay It Forward grew out of years spent inside that industry. After three years in merchant services, our founder kept returning to one question in late 2023: what if the fees a business already pays could quietly fund the community it serves? The idea was called too ambitious and too difficult to build. It launched anyway, in the summer of 2024.
Today we're a full-service payment processor with the same competitive rates, modern hardware, and reliable settlement you'd expect from any premium provider. The difference is what happens inside the fee: through long negotiations, we secured a smaller share for the card brands and banks and redirected it to local non-profits, automatically, at no added cost to the merchant.
It means a business can keep its pricing exactly where it is and still become a recurring force for good in its own backyard. No campaigns. No surcharges. Just giving, engineered into the rails.
Service first
We put the service back into merchant services, real people, real support, real accountability.
Transparency always
Clear pricing, clear reporting, and an honest read on what you're paying and what you're giving.
Community by default
Doing good shouldn't require extra effort. We make generosity the automatic outcome of everyday business.
“People told me it was too ambitious, that you couldn't build a processor that's competitive on rate, exceptional on service, and quietly doing good every single day. I built it anyway.”
Make every
